During the booking process, you'll be able to select whether or not you have pets. Our system will then only send your booking request to cleaners who have selected on their profile that they are comfortable working with pets. You can also view which cleaners are okay with pets by clicking to view their full profile during the booking process.
If you've passed this stage and you already have a confirmed cleaner, you can either message your cleaner to find out if they are okay with pets or view their profile through your Helpling account or through the link in your confirmation email.
