It's simple - the cleaners on the platform all set their own rates per hour. The price you see during the booking process is the exact amount the cleaner has chosen and will get paid per hour. There is a deduction from the cleaners total amount per booking, which serves as the service fee, and the cleaners are aware of it when registering to the platform and also when setting their rates.
There is also a platform support fee per event for the customer. This fee includes platform and quality assurance services, such as cleaner liability insurance, email support, online payment processing and booking management.
