When you request a regular (weekly or fortnightly) booking, the cleaners will be notified of the frequency when they receive your request. This means that once they accept your booking, the same cleaner will attend for every booking, unless your cleaner (or you) choose to cancel.
If your cleaner has a planned holiday, we can help with organising a replacement cleaner for you to cover the days affected, at your regular rate.
If you book a one-off, we cannot guarantee that the same cleaner will be available for any future bookings.
You'll be able to request any past cleaners for another booking through your account unless they have left the platform or if you have had a bad experience with them.
